The "cerdo Iberico" (black pigs) thrive amongst cork oak forests in the hills of Andalucia and Extremadura. 
They are farmed extensively  in the "dehesas" of the Natural Park "Sierra de Aracena y Picos
de Aroche" in the north of Huelva.
