Galician specialities include Aguardiente (Orujo Gallego) and Albariño. Aquadiente is a spirit distilled from wine and flavoured in a variety of ways. Herb, toasted and coffee (illustrated) are common varieties. Queimada is a "punch" made by burning  aquadiente with sugar. Cambados parador calls itself the "Parador of Albariño" and its wine list features a good selection. It is also situated close by a bodega in an old palace, open to the public, when tastings are available.
