Tuna with Courgettes
cleaned rosemary in extra virgin olive oil (do not store
longterm). Griddle the tuna steaks.(5 min)
and steam courgette matchsticks (3 min). Pour the flavouted oil
over the courgette sticks and top with the tuna, decorated with a rosemary
sprig. Serve with boiled potatoes.(10-15 min).(Pink fir apple illustrated).
